Since we have been #stayinghome, we have been cooking a lot at home. You probably have been, too! Whatever you have in your fridge, try chopping them up and toss with Windy's Salad Dressing! I had Nappa cabbage, carrots, cucumber, avocado, romaine lettuce, cilantro, so I chopped them all up and made a salad. I did add a little soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha flavored sesame seeds. It was a hit!
