Due to the limited availability of large tea rooms, we will require a $200 deposit on all reservations of parties of 15 or more ( 2 large tea rooms) We allow 2 hours for large parties. Please note we have a 24-hour cancelation policy.

This deposit is refundable if:

-you canceled the reservation at least 24 hours in advance.

-you notify us the number in your party changes at least 24 hours in advance.

This deposit is NOT refundable when:

-a customer fails to notify us of any change at least 24 hours in advance

-the party becomes 12 or fewer without notifying us at least 24 hours in advance

-did not show up at the time of reservation
